Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, or related field
1–3 years of experience in petroleum / diesel / fuel trading sales
Experience in B2B sales (transport companies, construction sites, factories) is preferred
Knowledge of UAE fuel market is an advantage
Technical Knowledge
Understanding of diesel products (AGO, EN590) and pricing structures
Familiarity with VAT invoicing, LPOs, delivery notes, and contracts
Basic knowledge of storage tanks, tanker capacities, and delivery process
Awareness of market price fluctuations and competitor rates
Key Responsibilities
Develop new customers for diesel and petroleum products
Maintain relationships with existing clients
Prepare and share quotations based on daily market rates
Follow up on LPOs, deliveries, and outstanding payments
Coordinate with operations, drivers, and accounts department
Ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Skills & Competencies
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Excellent communication and customer-handling skills
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-moving market
Good reporting skills (daily sales & collection reports)
Proficiency in MS Excel and email communication
Personal Requirements
Self-driven and result-oriented
Ability to work independently and in a team
Professional conduct and ethics
Valid UAE driving license (mandatory for field sales)
Salary Structure
Basic Salary: AED 2,500 – 5,000 (based on experience)
